Criteria for Selection:

Educated to engineering diploma or degree level with a minimum of 10 years of well testing and/or well stimulation experience
Operational experience in well testing/stimulation planning and implementation with preferably both service providers and E & P operators
Knowledge of reservoir engineering and the key data acquisition requirements from a well testing/stimulation including pressure and rate data
Experience in Well testing: surface and downhole (DST/TCP), wireline: GR, CCl, PLT, perforation on cable, slickline operations, coiled tubing operations: stimulation through coiled tubing; acid treatment, nitrogen lifting, PVT sampling (surface and subsurface), bottomhole pressure/temperature survey
Experience in reservoir monitoring during production stage: daily production reports and their analysis, bottom hole pressures/temperatures monitoring/analysis, completion downhole equipment corrosion monitoring (MIT/PMIT logging)
Experience with operations in H2S environment
Management of contracts and contractors: contractors selection and evaluation, reporting, contracting, daily management and HSE management. Contractors management in field.
Ability to report to Company’s management and arrange for collaboration between different departments inside the Company
Languages: Russian/English - fluent

Location: Iraq, rotation 28 days on/off

Experience: above 10 years
